Every time we fall, every time we made mistake and every time we lose someone, do not be afraid. 
 Remember my friend that as we fall do not be afraid to stand up. Be bold and courageous. No one is perfect. Our downfall do not tell of who we are.
Yes, we made mistake but we learn from that. It  can help  us to be a better version of ourselves. Don't be afraid to make mistake because it is natural and you can earn wisdom on that.
On top of that, don't ever feel afraid when someone leave us. Do not depend your happiness on someone and give hundred percent of love. When they leave you, accept it. I know it hurts but don't be afraid to accept the reality. There is a process of acceptance and moving on. Let the time heals you and at the end of the road you'll soon realize, "why should I be afraid".
