Tips for diet weight loss while Quarantine. šŸ‘Œ

1. Drink more Tea
     -Drinking tea may helps you to improve blood flow and low calories to our body.

2. Drink plenty of water
     -You can end up consuming extra calories when a glass of water is really what you need.

3.Control eating Junk foods
      -eating junk food will increase your calories in you body.

4. Don't lay in your bed after eating.
      - You'll get indigested if you lay down before eating. you should stand at least 30minutes, so that your body can burn the calories.

5. Don't eat late at night.
     - it may cause you some illness(obesity, eating disorder, Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD) etc.)
