Customer Satisfaction is based on price or quality of a product?

Price is the amount of money expected, required, or given in payment for the products and services, while quality is the standard of products and services as measured against other products and services or on its’ the same kind. These two are one of the most observed factors of the customers in choosing between two or more products. Consumers sort out many decisions in their daily life and one of these is the buying decision. Buyers decide to buy some products because of several reasons: the need for these products, want to try them, recommendations by others, or as a present for special occasions. This explains what the motives of individuals of purchasing are. 

Customer satisfaction is customer feedback in the form of evaluation after purchasing goods or services. It is measured by using the customers’ expectations with the performance of the goods or services that can meet the needs and wants of the customers. There could be a satisfied customer or a disappointed customer. A satisfied customer implies that there are similarities between the performance of the goods and services with the desire for the clients, where it will urge them to repurchase the items. At the same time, a disappointed customer would convince other customers to not purchase, and therefore, they will move to another seller. 

From the customers' perspective, price is what is given up to get a product or service. Price is a vital factor for customers when choosing a product or service. When customers believe that the price of a product is reasonable, the purchase behavior will tend to happen again. On the off chance that customers feel that a specific product or service doesn't merit its value because of its quality, they won't buy again. The fairness of the price will impact the impression of the customers and it eventually will impact their eagerness to become a customer.
The customers are bound to build up an unwavering, fulfilled relationship with a business when products are priced reasonably. It implies not that low or high. When pricing appears to be fair and in line with the quality of the item, the customer is bound to build up a trusting and loyal business relationship.
