Calladium Craze

People who get hooked on gardening during the pandemic are going crazy over calladiums. What used to be a common heart-shaped leaf ornamental plant we have seen left unattended along the streets or untouched in the wild during our childhood are now being taken cared of in pots with compost. It has almost become a commodity being a hit in online barter communities and plant exchange and enthusiasts groups on Facebook, which comes in various varieties, some are even considered rare due to its unique hues or color combinations and thus a prize catch for collectors.
