Boracay will starts to welcome visitors starting tomorrow. Visitors from areas under General Community Quarantine are the one who will be allowed. Areas under GCQ are Metro Manila, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, cities of Lapu- Lapu, Mandaue, Municipalities of consolation and Minglanill (Cebu) , Talisay  and Zamboanga.
