When we talk about celebrating, it can be celebrated in many ways. The main gist of it is actually just be thankful for being alive for you are born here on this lifetime for a reason. You are not an accident. Just as how God said, 

“I am your Creator. You were in my care even before you were born.” 
Isaiah 44:2
