"MEMENTO MORI"

A quote which means "Remember you must die." in which sets a reminder for myself that soon I will die. If you haven't heard of this quote yet, it is usually used as a greeting among catholic brothers whom knew St. Paul of France. Imagine yourself walking down the street then someone greeted you "Memento Mori" , if this was your first time hearing that phrase you would be shocked or might be afraid of that person whom might be planning on your own death soon. However if you would understand the quote closely, it is not meant for us to be afraid of death but it is meant to remind us to live our lives to the fullest every single day on how God has planned it for us. This phrase helped me a lot through my journey as an Engineering student in a prestige university here in the Philippines. Being a college student is way more stressful than what I have expected it to be. I thought that the journey I'm heading to would be just slow but easy, but now I realized that time is so slow at the same time it drains you emotionally, mentally and physically. When these hard times knocks me out, I just put into my mind and remind myself "Memento Mori". I need to get back up, walk in my own pace towards to my end goal.

This is how I wanted to introduce myself to this world.

MEMENTO MORI.
