Benefits of water fasting

Hi, so I have been practicing water fasting for a year now. I usually do this when I am bloated or i just want to loose weight but did you know that water fasting has a lot of benefits? 

So let me explain first what is water fasting. Water fasting is a type of fast where in you cannot consume anything besides water. Usually it takes 24 to 72 hours for normal fasting. Before doing this, I encourage you to consult medical supervision. The longest fast I ever had was 7 days and I felt amazing. Here are some of the benefits o water fasting.

1. It promotes weight loss
2. It detoxifies your body
3. It clears acne.

That was just base on my personal experience but before doing that please consult medical supervision for the best result.
