Being positive in this time of pandemic os really hard. Especially to those who are suffering from anxiety, depression, etc. I am sharing this tips just to keep us sane during this time.. One of the hardest thing to do today is to stay focused. So for us to have a clear mind, we should be doing more yoga or work outs so all of our stresses will go away (well at least little by little) and will help us to stay focused. Another thing, is to eat healthy. Health is really wealth during this time. If you’re already doing workouts and yoga, you should be eating healthy so your stomach will also be cleansed. By these two tips, you will keep yourself sane. You’ll keep your body, mind, and soul healthy.
