The year 2020 was not that great for us because of this pandemic. And Covid-19 give us stress that can cause us from depression. But with this challenges in life we should keep ourselves positive. On this article I want to share to you on how I keep myself positive. Positivity starts with yourself. Everytime I wake up in the morning I smile at the front of the mirror for about 30 seconds. It could help you to boost up your self-confidence. I also do 3 minutes meditation it could help you to relax and release negative vibes. Don't forget to eat breakfast everyday because eating in the morning is the important meal of the day. Because if you skip your breakfast it could affect your productivity rate. And also drink your favorite beverage. Like me like coffee a lot and every morning that is the first I look for. Because coffee is life and it makes me more active. Don't also forget to greet the people that surrounds you. A simple "Hi", "Hello", and "Good Morning" will change one person mood. If you make this thing on yourself negativity will turn into positivity. And if you are always positive in life its easy for you to handle stress, and pressure. And other people will also attract to your positivity.
