Hi everyone! Happy Sunday! How are you? Speaking for myself, things have been better for me. I am on the journey of pursuing my chosen career pathway, and I have been organizing everything that I need. I haven’t been as active on social media as I used to because I feel like I constantly need timeouts off it. It’s hard not to do so, but I tend to compare myself with other people with the same niche as I do. However, what I’ve been realizing is that I have unique traits in myself—I am my own person and that’s what makes me special. I don’t have to compare myself to anyone in order to be validated, as validation comes into your self. In order to be able to focus on the good stuff, I realized these things: 1. Accept what you can’t change, and improve what you can influence, There is no point in stressing over things that you can’t change! In addition, there’s also no point in stressing over things that have a solution. In order to reduce stress, I do breathing exercises. Lavender oil has been my bestfriend when handling stress! 2. Mindset is the root cause of every change you wish to see in yourself. In order to manifest what you want in life, put your mind into it. In order to change your self-perception, put your mind into doing so! You can never change how someone perceives you, but you can always change how you see that certain perception.
