Alden Richards (GMA artist/Mobile Legend streamer) conducted an iPhone 11 Pro Max giveaway on June 27, 2020 with the mechanics that the live stream should reach 15,000 viewers and the participants should follow his page and leave a comment "!notify #ARGaming " for them to qualify on the raffle. At first, Alden played Mobile Legends like usual game streaming. It even reached 20,000+ viewers while he is playing! More than 400,000 people left a comment on the stream and at its 3rd hour, Alden decided to stop playing and to pick the winner for the giveaway. At the time that he stopped playing, he had 21,000+ viewers. Before he chose the winner (using a comment picker website), he asked to make it to 25,000 viewers first and encouraged all to leave their comments for the chance to win the prize! At 25.1k viewers, he then started to choose using the comment picker. On the first and second draw, the comment that were chosen were invalid because the comments does not match Alden's mechanics leaving the viewers in a nervous state, hoping that their comment will be chosen. At the third result, a winner pops up with the name "Wicked CS:Go" and he was able to meet the mechanics/required comment however there had been a confusion because his area of residence is "Sanchez Mira". Alden thought that it's a name and he doesn't recall a place called such, so he made another roll on the comment picker. On the next draw, another viewer was chosen but was invalid due to the comment's content. Viewers and "Wicked CS:Go" were quick to correct Alden by commenting that "Sanchez Mira" is a place in Cagayan but due to stream delay, Alden was only able to read it after the 4th draw. Alden's search for Sanchez-Mira and they have confirmed that it was indeed a place in Cagayan. He then considered Wicked CS:Go's comment but also withdraw it saying that the account is a page and not a personal account. He mentioned that they were looking for a personal account and to be fair with others, he made another draw. On the fifth/last draw, "Mae Lumanog" was picked by the random comment picker and Alden announced here as the winner. Most of the viewers congratulated Mae Lumanog but some were sad for Wicked CS:Go because it was not stated on the qualifications that only personal account was allowed. On June 28, 2020 (next day), Alden Richards posted on his Facebook page admiting to their mistake and announcing Wicked CS:Go as the winner. He also mentioned that he learned from his mistake and that he will be giving away more prizes in the future.
