Hello good people of GIN! :)

I finally had the time to post once again. It was, well it still is, a kind of busy week for us because we were blessed with the task of cooking for three birthday celebrations. We are finally being able to share our cooking with a few people. 

I hope you still continue to follow my recipes here even though I'm away at times. For the meantime, please enjoy my next post because I will be posting some of my mom's classic recipe.

PS. Someone asked me why I insist on posting in English...I suddenly stopped and said, "Oo nga no!?" LOL. I guess I just got used to a certain rule back in elementary. We were always told that if the title of the class is English then you have to speak the same.(and here I go again...haha I guess ang hirap maalis.) Wag kayong magulat if my succeeding posts are tagalog na. LOL. <3
