A new chapter of our lives #NEWYEARSRESOLUTION

The New Year's Day marks the start of a new beginning. With the help of a New Year's Resolution, everybody is no longer just a reflection for the whole year at this event. We felt desperate and helpless in the pandemic and it is time to begin sparklingly in 2021.

My 2021 resolution is the same as my many years' resolution, which is not supposed to take resolutions. I would not make resolutions for the new year.

The ultimate goal is that we spend our lives as fully as possible, that we strive to learn from our mistakes, achieve new milestones and better ourselves continuously. Above all, I know all the mistakes and successes and how they helped me to be who I really am.

No New Year resolutions mean that they do or do not include tension or stress. Rather, the energy used for tension is diverted to doing things I want to do and/or need to do, things that are important to me, I enjoy, satisfying etc.

If you're looking for the New Year resolutions to motivate you, great!

It might be helpful to ask a few questions while you are fighting for and keeping resolutions:

• Is it completely clear that if you make New Year resolutions and achieve them, will your life be better?

• If you don't make resolutions, but do the things you want and need to do, what else would the associated resolution do? What more will you do and achieve a resolution to do what you want and what you need to do?

• In practice, how does the resolution of the new year vary from the objective (unless the objective/resolution is made)?

• Will New Year always be the right time to resolve? Why not do it somewhere in the year when the need or urge is identified?

• What are the answers to these questions, what information and influence have you gathered? What led you to make decisions? We as adults, without understanding what the New Year's Resolution is, do things, learn and improve. Why can't we just keep doing without a resolution?

Just a reflection and a different viewpoint, which can lead to a pause for thinking, especially when it comes to sustaining resolutions.
