It is said that "Education is the Key to Success".
It is what others can freely have but others can't.

Do you know that there is only school that will/can provide all the things I have mentioned above?
The answer is YES!!!

The Sisters of Mary Congregation was founded by Msgr. Aloysius Schwartz, an American diocesan priest now known as Venerable Aloysius Schwartz, in 1964 in Busan, South Korea.

In 1983, Magsaysay Award for International Understanding was given to him for his exemplary works of alleviating the plight of the orphans, abandoned and the vagrants of Korea. He was then invited by Jaime Cardinal Sin, the Archbishop of Manila, to set up his Religious Community and charity programs in the Philippines
(http://www.thesistersofmaryschools.edu.ph/).

And in 1985, with his strong desire to help the poor, the first branch in the Philippines mainly in Sta. Mesa, Manila was established and later on expanded and turned into 4 branches (The Sisters of Mary Schools Adlas and Biga at Cavite, Minglanilla and Talisay at Cebu).

Millions of poor students have already been graduated in that school, have their lives saved and changed.

"And I am so proud to tell you that I am a graduate of that school!!!
specifically, at Sisters of Mary School Boystown Adlas, Silang Cavite"

"How I was able to enter that school?"

"Well, that was year 2011 when I entered that school and it all started with an entrance exam at a cathedral in our place because it is where they usually conduct their entrance examination."

I took the exam (Math, Science, English, Filipino) and interview with the nun on the same day. A few months after, it was delightedly announced by the principal of our elementary school congratulating me that I fully passed the entrance exam and interview!!! I was so happy at that time even though I knew that I will live far from my family...I am not happy because I can finally leave my family, thus, I am glad for I knew that it is a big and great opportunity. And after my graduation in elementary that was April 2011, we finally go to the Sisters of Mary School Adlas Silang Cavite and got separated from my father who's my only guardian.

On my first day, I was brought to a barbershop and after that, the helping brother (a senior student who lead the newbies) gave me my clothes, soap, towel, toothbrush, sleepers, pillow, blanket, school supplies. He introduced my family members and family name (by Patron Saint). And from that day I started to feel the new norms that I have to follow.

Every morning we eat large bread with bacon accompanied by milk/milo, sometimes oatmeal, and sampurado. Then during lunch, we eat delicious menu like Kare Kare, Menudo, Fried Chicken etc... same with dinner.

In our school the world is really isolated and different, we have schedules that are strictly followed. We study from Monday to Saturday and even holiday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Aside from academic subjects, we also have vocational courses like Technical Drafting, Machining, Driving, Welding, Computer Hardware Servicing, Mechatronics, Electrical, Sewing, Book Keeping, Electronics and Automotive which helped us a lot in becoming more competitive than others.

We pray daily and attend masses twice a week (Ordinary Time Calendar). We attend catechism and do intensive exercise on Sundays. We also have free time which lets us do other activities like playing indoor and outdoor games, reading at the library, study in the classroom, and roam around the campus.

Because of the Sister of Mary School, I was able to go with different places like Mall of Asia, Mind Museum, Ocean Park, Luneta Park, Andress Boniacio's Museum in Caloocan, UP Campus, De Lasalle Taft Ave., and Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas which I thought I could visit only if I already have a stable job. I was able to see also Pres. Ninoy Aquino and Sen. Grace Poe during our graduation day.

After our 4th year class in school, we have focused on a course that we prefer to master to obtained National Certificates, which we have used before and after graduation in the companies which our school finds for us.

Being in that school for four years is one of the best experiences that I have ever had in my life. They dressed, fed, educated, trained and molded me to become a person with quality and high value. And all of those are 100% FREE!!!
