Cats are often seen as loners, aloof and not as sweet and cuddly as their common counterpart -- dogs. But there are tell tale signs that your little fur buddy is communicating the he/she loves you! 1. They stare and slowly blink at you This may be a little creepy but when your cat slowly blinks at you, that is your cat telling you, literally, that he/she loves you. you could answer them by slowly blinking back as well. 2. Purr Purr Purr Purring is one way of saying that your cat is comfortable and satisfied with you and your company. It is you cat's one way of saying "thank you". Although we all know that they think they rule us! 3. Sleeping Near You or At Your Door If your cat often sleeps at the front of your door, that is them protecting you. Cats look like they don't really protect their owners by the way dogs do, but studies have shown that cats also get protective of their owners. And this can be seen by them sleeping outside your door. Your door is the only entrance and exit your room has (at least, as far as your cat knows) and any "intruder" would need to get past them before entering your room.
