The word "happiness" has two distinct meanings. It usually refers to a sensation, such as enjoyment, joy, or gratification. We all love good emotions, so it's no wonder that we strive to find them. Happiness, like all of our other emotions, does not last long.

Happiness is the most important factor in making people feel alive and we all love good emotions, so it's no wonder that we strive to find them. Happiness, like all of our other emotions, it does not last long. We always say that happiness is really hard to find and define but actually happiness is when your life fulfill your needs. 
As I grow older, I realized that true happiness is not how much you make or how many things you have. I’ve realized that happiness is family, God, and love. It’s all that matters to me, things that are quality  not of quantity. Family is where I can find happiness and comfort, In times that you are down and feeling empty they are always there to fulfill that missing piece. Family is always there to compliment you and appreciate you for who you are but, you can’t find happiness in your family if you don’t put God in the center of your relationship. Spend your time with his presence , entrust everything to him and let him fulfill your desires to be happy. You need to learn how to love so you can achieve the happiness you seek for and when you have these three significant factors in life then maybe you can define and know what truly happiness is.
