Global pandemic, government, losing jobs, hunger, money problems, fear of the future, is there any of these are causing you stress? You are not alone. Because of our current situation, it’s normal to have that kind of reaction. So don’t be too hard on yourself if you don’t function as before. Or if you’re overwhelmed by everything that’s happening right now. Here are some of my tips to manage your stress: 1. Take a break. You need it. Your mind needs it. Your body needs it. Trust me. 2. Try to get a new plant or a pet. Diverting your attention is really helpful. 3. Try to sleep and wake up early. 4. Watch light and funny videos/movies. 5. Drink lots and lots of water. 6. Take it one day at a time 😉 it’s okay if you dondon’t see progress right away. Just keep on going.
