How to be Productive

How to be Productive :)

Do you also get the feeling of being tired and sleepy even though you just woke up? Well, you're not alone!

Here are some tips to get your body moving through out the day.

1. Wake up early!
Start the day early. If you woke up before your alarm, its a good sign. Do not go to bed again. I repeat! do not go back to sleep so you can start your day early.

2. Pray
Give thanks to God that he woke you up today and gave you another day to live. Pray to him that you will be protected and that you will have an awesome day.

3. Make your bed
It is your first simple task of the day. If you successfully made your bed in the morning, trust me. You will feel accomplished and motivated.

4. Exercise!
Our body needs a lot of healthy food intake, vitamins, enough rest, and lastly, exercise. We need to make our blood flow nicely in our veins so that we won't feel tired and sick.

5. List all of the things you want to accomplish through out the day
Make a simple checklist of the things you want to finish within the day. Place it on your ref or on your table, a place where you can see it all the time so that you will always be reminded of the things that you need to do.

6. Reward yourself
After you finish all the things that you need to do. Reward yourself. It may be in a form of skincare, or a chocolate. Anything you like to do that will remind you of a job well done. 

7. Sleep early
Of course it is a tiring day, yet #fulfilled. You need to take a rest and sleep early so you can wake up the next day early and full of energy.
