FITNESS JOURNEY

Here is my before and after picture. That is a result of consistent workout, 5 times a week, mondays to fridays.

I started working out last March 2020. I am currently doing balance diet up until now since I am aiming for long term result. At first, it is not really easy since I really feel how heavy I am during HIIT workouts. But as time goes by, it becomes easier :)

Here's my tip if you want to improve your physique and become healthier. Please note that this is just based on my own experiences and I am just sharing to you the tips that are effective to me:

1. Do exercise atleast 3x-5x a day.

For me, I am doing HIIT workouts. It will help you to sweat a lot and to boost your metabolism.

2. Sleep atleast 7-8hrs a day.

Lack of sleep might gain you more weight because it will affect your metabolism.

3. Do balance diet.

I see a lot of people doing FAD diets. If you are looking for a long term result, JUST DO BALANCE DIET. Eat enough CARBS, PROTEIN, and FATS. Don't be scared on sweets and carbs, it is all about portion control. Eat fruits and vegetables!

Just a fact: All foods can make you fat IF YOU ARE EATING IT TOO MUCH.

4. Be active. Be productive.

Look for something that will make yourself busy. But not to the point that you will forget to eat on a right time.

5. Don't pressure yourself.

Just enjoy doing workouts. Just enjoy the process. Don't just focus on how you will look like after this process. Focus on how you will become stronger and healthier! 

JUST REMEMBER THAT ALL OF US ARE BEAUTIFUL. ALL BODIES ARE BEAUTIFUL. IT IS JUST UP TO YOU IF HOW YOU WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.
