"Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members if one body you were called to peace. And be thankful". - Colossians 3:15 With this biblical verse, people who are still grateful for what they have is the happiest human. And those people who have lost someone important to their life, and something special things for us, would prove that. Focusing is very helpful, not to the things you've lost, but to the things that you've got that you should be thankful for. Reflect or write down the things that you need to be thankful for every day. Be grateful to the little things that happen to us, like the sunrise in the morning, talking to your loved ones, or for another day. This will help you to improve your emotion on thinking, and be grateful with these. It is also righteous if you think about the reasons you need to be thankful with your friends, and family. Just say to them directly, by letter, email, chat, or text. This will make sure to have good attachment, and you will find the true essense of happiness in sharing.
